Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
*We provide FREE US standard shipping. The continental United States not counting outlying Alaska and Hawaii.
*We currently only provide sales and shipping services within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
*We process orders between Monday and Friday.
*Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. You can expect your package to arrive in 3-8 business days.
Do I have to pay for a refund or replacement shipping?
*There is no need to pay additional return freight if the return or replacement is caused by the warehouse sending the wrong products or product quality problems.
*The customer needs to pay the freight in the situation of a return or replacement caused by Non-product problems (For example: ordering the wrong products, no longer needed, etc.)
Please note the following conditions on all orders:
*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we are not guaranteeing delivery dates. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
*Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance if the order needs to be arranged for delivery from the factory in China. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
*If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature will be required for all orders over $500 upon delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
