Dimmable 120V 3.5W LED Outdoor Step Lights Kit

COLOER step lights with a heavy-duty oil-rubbed bronze aluminum shell that is highly corrosion-resistant. This LED stair light can be used both indoors and outdoors, IP65 waterproof, suit for wet locations. It ensures safety and visibility while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

These LED stair lights work with AC 120V power, so you don't need a transformer. Compatible with 4.33inch (L) ×2.2inch(W)×2.8inch(H) j-box (not included), you can easily install or replace the old step lights. The stair lights include a rubber gasket to seal against moisture—all required screws, wiring caps, and stainless steel mounting bracket in the package.

Uniform Finish: This LED light for stairs has an oil-rubbed bronze finish face plate, with two screws and three wire connectors so you can easy to install and connect to the lines already laid out.

Moderate In Size: The size for this step light is Length: 4-3/4", Width: 2-7/8", and Height: 1.456", Moderate in size, it will not affect the appearance whether installed outdoors or indoors.

With Elastic Buckles: The installation method fixed on the stainless steel mounting bracket with elastic buckles makes our step lights easier to use.

Compatible With Junction Box: Compatible with indoor and outdoor single gang electric outlet junction box, minimum depth 2 inches. (Note: Junction box not included in the package.)

How to Install

Step 1: Pull the power supply wires (7) out from the outlet box(1). Mount the mounting bracket (3) to the outlet box using the mounting screws (2).

Step 2: Use the wire nuts (4) to connect the fixture wires (6) to the power supply wires (7). (white-neutral, Black-live, Green-ground). Carefully tuck the wires inside the outletbox (1).

Step 3: Snap the face plate (5) onto the fixture.

Step 4: Use sealant (not included), to fill the gap between the face plate (5) and the outlet box (1) to improve the water resistance.

How to Choose a Transformer

To determine the size of the transformer needed for a low-voltage lighting system, add up the wattage of all fixtures in the system and add 10% for low-voltage cable and fixture connections.

If the total load of fixtures is too great, either divide the total load between 2 transformers or use a more powerful transformer.
Select a transformer with 20% higher capacity than the total wattage of all fixtures in the system, which allows you to add more fixtures later.

Size of transformer=Total wattages of fixtures X 1.1

Select a transformer that matches as close as possible to the calculation shown above.

Example: you have 12 fixtures, each 5 watt. You need a 75-watt transformer (12x5=60 plus 10%= 66)

NOTE: Low-voltage lighting systems require the use of a transformer to reduce the standard 120-volt power from ordinary household electricity to 12, 13, 14, and 15 volts needed to power low-voltage fixtures.
The total wattage of all fixtures connected to one transformer must not exceed the wattage capacity of the transformer.

How do I replace the lights if anything goes wrong?
The light source of this step lights cann‘t be replaced. We provide a 5-year warranty. If there is any problem within the warranty period, we can replace it for you.
What is the beam angle?
The beam angle is determined by the bulb used in this fixture. Our light source is 360 degrees.
What are the lumens on the light bulb provided?
The light bulb we provide for this fixture is 180 lumen and 2700K.
How does the light connect to the lead wire?
Our light fixture with 6-foot wire and 2 connectors, you can strip part of the lead wire insulation and connect the wires from the light fixture to the lead wire.
Is the transformer required for this light?
Yes, our landscape lights work with 12V AC/DC low voltage, it requires a transformer
to reduce the voltage from 110V to 12V.
Do these come in white?
The light fixtures are bronze, don't have white light fixtures.
